I’m so glad you’re here. A little bit about me: I’m a mom to two boys, wife to my high school sweetheart (basically, but that’s a story for another day) owner of LC Nutrition & Fitness, and Navy Veteran. I love being outdoors with my family and donuts are my love language.
For over 10 years, I struggled with yo-yo dieting and binge eating, and was caught in the cycle of losing and gaining the same 5-15 pounds 😅It left me feeling miserable, tired, and just like an overall FAILURE. But after much trial and error, I discovered what is now known as my 4 Steps to Fat Loss method that not only helped me break free from toxic diet culture but also helped me (and now so many of my clients) achieve the results we've been chasing after for years.

While I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM), and hold a Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialization (FNMS), I want to be clear that I am not a medical doctor or a registered dietitian, nor do I claim to be. I am trained in reading and interpreting labs and creating custom protocols that involve lifestyle, nutrition, fitness, and supplement recommendations. However, I do not provide medical advice and will never claim to do so.
My focus is on helping you achieve your health goals through functional approaches, but if you have specific medical concerns, I always recommend consulting with a healthcare provider. I'm here to support you, but I'm not a replacement for medical advice.
