What is FITher?

FitHer is a 4-month group coaching program. You will have access to the FitHer mini-course (4 Steps to Permanent Fat Loss) and short ‘homework’ you’ll submit in Slack for Lindsay to review.

You will also have access to progressive overload strength training plans (gym and at-home options available), evidence-based nutrition guidance, LC Fitness app for workout access & data tracking, recipes, meal prep ideas, community support, two group calls each month with Lindsay, and daily coaching from Lindsay in Slack. There will be an option to extend month-to-month after the initial 4 months are complete.

The goal of the FitHer program is to teach you how to finally reach your health & fitness goals in a sustainable way, without spending hours googling diets, recipes, or workouts.
